Seamus joined Birketts in July 2021 and leads the Corporate Team in our London office. Described as “knowledgeable, practical and collaborative” in the Legal 500 UK, with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law, Seamus has an intricate understanding of corporate finance, reorganisations, management buy-outs, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and mergers and acquisitions. Seamus also has considerable experience in international cross-border M&A and corporate advisory work, covering a broad spectrum of international businesses.
