Matthew Miles Bio

Matthew is a Partner in our Corporate Team. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has more than 20 years’ experience of advising on a wide range of commercial issues. Matthew advises a range of clients on acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and group reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and corporate and contractual joint ventures. He is responsible for looking after the wider commercial interests of a range of businesses across the South-East through the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. He has particular experience of structuring and negotiating investment and joint venture arrangements (including redevelopment schemes) for clients, along with prior experience of advising in respect of employment matters.
