Adrian Possener Bio

Adrian qualified as a Solicitor in December 1989 and joined Birketts in 2006. He is a Partner in our Norwich office and leads our Corporate and Commercial Team. Adrian is a corporate lawyer advising on corporate structures and company matters and information technology. He advises on both public and private take-overs, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and buy-outs. Adrian has been involved in a number of IPOs and other securities issues for fully listed and AIM companies. He also acts on venture capital and business angel finance transactions. Before joining Birketts, he worked for two leading international law firms for a combined 17 years. Until recently, Adrian was a non-executive director of Bernard Matthews Group and a trustee of Bernard Matthews family trusts. Adrian is recognised for his pragmatic approach and broad experience in structuring commercial arrangements.
