Adam is a Partner in the Corporate Team and is the firm’s Head of Private Equity. He is a specialist in corporate law and corporate finance, and focusses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and management buy-outs. His broad experience of transactions covers both cross-border and UK-based deals. This extends to advising owner-managers, private equity houses and large corporates. His transactional experience has covered various sectors, in particular technology, software development, insurance, motor retail, B2B services, professional services and e-commerce, as well as transactions involving businesses in the construction, engineering and transport & logistics sectors. Other areas of expertise are complex group reorganisations, all types of demergers, and equity arrangements for business owners. Adam is based at our Chelmsford office.
