Nicolas Bichot Bio

Nicolas Bichot, Partner, is a recognized specialist in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Before he created BICHOT & ASSOCIÉS, he was previously in charge of the corporate / M&A team of the Parisian office of Allen & Overy whose establishment he had contributed to in 1999 and in which he spent 11 years and; before that, Nicolas was a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he practiced 10 years (including 2 years at the firm’s New York office). Nicolas graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1988) and from the Université Paris II (1989).
