Mathieu Odet Bio

Mathieu Odet, Partner, is an experimented practitioner advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fundraising and reorganisations. He extended his expertise to litigations in these related areas (earn out, warranties, valuation of companies expertise, enforcement of shareholders agreement, resolution of dispute between shareholders). He also advises companies in their equity or debt restructuring in the frame of recovery or insolvency proceedings. Graduated from Paris’s business school – ESCP (2002), Mathieu Odet also has a business law degree – DESS (2002) and has exercised during seven years in the Corporate / M&A team of Allen & Overy before he created BICHOT & ASSOCIÉS
