I specialise in providing strategic support and corporate governance advice to registered providers of social housing. My work includes mergers, corporate re-structures, new registrations, collaborations and joint ventures, the set-up of diversified structures (including for development), strategic support to boards, charity vires, regulatory advice, charitable conversions, company secretarial support and advice around governance best practice.
