Rachel Soundy Bio

I am a higher education specialist lawyer advising on corporate and commercial matters. I have over 10 years’ experience of working within the higher education sector and advise clients on mergers and disposals, joint ventures, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, governance and regulatory matters. My clients include universities, private higher education providers, investors and lenders. I am also an independent governor of Arts University Plymouth.
