Till Buschmann is partner in our Frankfurt office. He advises national and international clients on complex restructurings and national and cross-border transactions in distressed and insolvent situations as well as on mergers and acquisitions. Till has in-depth experience in bond restructurings and in advising debtors on restructurings in the context of protective shield proceedings as a debtor-in-possession and of developing security enforcement strategies for banks and opportunistic funds.
