Marie Johnson Bio

Marie Johnson is a Partner in our M&A and Corporate Finance team and experienced in acting on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and project finance, as well as general corporate advisory work. Marie has experience advising corporates and founders alike on acquisitions and disposals of businesses in a variety of sectors, including the retail, financial services and online regulated sectors. Marie has previously gained extensive in-house experience by secondments as legal counsel with AIG’s corporate strategic team and B&Q plc’s legal team, during which time she was responsible for advising on a variety of regulatory, commercial and corporate governance matters.
