David Holmberg Bio

David Holmberg advises on the tax aspects of complex commercial transactions. He focuses on real estate private equity, including direct lending and distressed strategies. David also has significant experience with public and private REITs and cross-border engagements. Prior to joining BCLP, David worked as Counsel at another large international law firm. He was also a Chief Counsel Honors Program Intern at the Internal Revenue Service, Office of the Chief Counsel, in New York.
