Simon has 35 years’ experience of advising investment funds, corporates and sovereign wealth funds on equity investments in companies across a wide range of industries and geographies. He has substantial experience of drafting and negotiating shareholder and joint venture agreements and produced the documents for the equity investment section of Practical Law for Companies, a leading online legal knowledge resource. Many of the deals on which Simon works are cross-border and during his career he has spent time living and working in the UK, France and Germany. Simon is ranked by The UK Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual” in M&A: £50 million to £500 million.
