Jim specialises in PFI/PPP projects with a particular focus on the health sector. Jim leads the firm’s health sector Projects team. He has worked on projects in the UK and abroad. His health sector experience includes the procurement of clinical services and major medical equipment both in a project finance context and on a standalone basis.
