Marc Stephen Shuster, based in Miami, is a member of Berger Singerman's Executive Committee, former Team Manager for the Business, Finance, and Tax Team, and former Hiring Partner of the Firm. His primary practice focuses on representing family offices (international and domestic), HNP, private equity funds, and syndicators in commercial real estate and corporate joint venture work relating to the structuring of business transactions. Marc spends considerable time handling family office matters and concers. He also has substantial experience in cross-border transactions, including marina development and hotels.
