Sarah Harper Bio

Sarah Harper practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities laws across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on private entity transactions through various business growth phases. She has acted on behalf of clients on a range of deals, including representing sellers and purchasers in public and private entity mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and sales processes; acting on behalf of commercial real estate sponsors and investors in fund formations and restructurings; and representing issuers, agents, private lenders and borrowers in equity and debt financings. Sarah also regularly advises companies in respect of corporate governance matters and commercial organization and structuring matters. Sarah applies her adaptable and practical style to all matters, ensuring that clients receive efficient service. Sarah is a board member of viaSport and previously sat on the board of directors for the Vancouver International Marathon Society.
