Osie Ukwuoma has a corporate commercial and securities practice focusing on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity. Prior to joining the firm, Osie practiced at a boutique securities law firm and was the Chief Compliance Officer of a mid-sized Canadian investment fund that focuses on merger arbitrages, spin outs and special situations. Osie acts for issuers and underwriters in equity offerings (public and private), debt offerings, reverse takeover transactions, mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange listings. Osie has also acted for corporate clients and private equity sponsors in connection with private M&A and venture capital investments.
