Kristos Iatridis has a wide-ranging practice and diverse experience in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate commercial law. Kristos has also been integrally involved in the negotiation and drafting of large-scale construction contracts for clients that are active in Alberta's oil sands.
