Kristopher Hanc focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He regularly advises purchasers, target companies, and vendors on a wide variety of public and private merger and acquisition transactions. He also has experience advising on public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, proxy contests and special committee processes, and has been involved in a number of restructurings of insolvent companies. In addition, Kris provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law obligations.
