Jeff Taylor Bio

Jeff Taylor practice focuses on corporate and securities law. He advises both public and private companies on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, public and private financing, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance. Jeff also has experience acting for private equity funds, venture capital funds, emerging and growth-stage companies and family offices on a variety of matters. Throughout his career Jeff has led various startup initiatives and has been involved with the Lazaridis ScaleUp Program and Creative Destruction Lab. Jeff also served as a director of Climbing Escalade Canada, the national sporting organization for competition climbing, from 2017-22.
