Gordon Cameron practises Canadian law in New York and has recognized expertise in leading cross-border transactions. With his deep ties to the New York business and legal community, he creates value for U.S. and international clients doing business in Canada. Gordon does this by providing legal advice tailored for international clients and bringing the right experts to the table at the right time, ensuring international clients receive a seamless experience when doing business in Canada. Gordon’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of Canadian corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance (including public offerings and private placements) and other cross-border matters. With a passion and commitment to his clients’ success, entrepreneurial and practical, he acts for a broad range of businesses, from newly formed investment companies and issuers, to large institutional issuers, banks, private equity and hedge funds. Gordon is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, the American Foreign Law Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
