Megan Mehalko represents public and private companies in executing strategic priorities, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and in critical commercial relationships. She also advises public and private companies on corporate governance issues, securities law issues, ESG, and compliance matters. She has deep experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, domestic and cross-border strategic alliances and joint ventures, general business counseling, and distressed/insolvent company acquisitions and restructurings. She has represented companies in the plastics, rubber, metal forging, chemicals, healthcare devices, and consumer products industries. In addition, Megan is actively involved with the firm’s Public Company Practice, Private Equity Group, and Polymer Industry Team. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Professional Development Committee and Finance Committee.
