Gabrielle is an experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate insurance matters. Gabrielle has a solutions-focused approach and develops close working relationships with clients to facilitate successful outcomes. Gabrielle has extensive experience on a wide range of corporate transactions, including schemes of arrangement, private M&A and investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters. She advises corporates, listed issuers and financial investors across a broad range of sectors. Gabrielle also has specialist insurance expertise and is a member of our insurance law team. She has advised on significant M&A transactions in the insurance sector and also regularly advises New Zealand and international insurers on regulatory and corporate matters.
