Bio

Adam Duke focuses his practice on banking and financial services, creditors’ rights, real estate and construction law. Adam is active in the Winston-Salem community. He is a volunteer for the Disaster Legal Services and 4ALL programs of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is a past board member of the Forsyth County Humane Society and Winston-Salem Community Leadership Council of the Children’s Home Society of North Carolina. He is a co-author, along with Andy Carmen, of the Construction and Design Law blog. Adam was born and raised in Kinston, North Carolina. He received a bachelor’s degree in history and economics, with honors and distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree from Duke University prior to law school. Outside the office, Adam enjoys all sports, particularly golf and college football, and spending time with his wife, Kate, and son, Wells, at Smith Mountain Lake.
