Keith Broll’s practice of law centers on counseling and litigating on behalf of homeowner and condominium associations, business representation and litigation, real estate related representation and litigation, as well as providing guidance and document preparation for commercial banking transactions. Mr. Broll began his legal career at a large St. Louis based firm. His work as an associate at that time was almost exclusively as litigation counsel representing a wide array of big businesses such as chemical companies, construction companies, an energy company, insurance entities, manufacturers, securities brokerages, telecommunication companies, banks, a digital duplication company, class 1s and short lines railroads, an agricultural company, and transportation companies. Mr. Broll then relocated to the Daytona Beach area and primarily focused on business and real estate representation and litigation, commercial banking transactions, and homeowners and condominium association law. Mr. Broll currently resides with his family in the Ponte Vedra area and services the entire Northeast Florida region.
