From many years of rendering legal advice in her area of expertise Tina Øster Larsen has gained in-depth knowledge of the financial sector. As such, Tina primarily renders advice to various financial enterprises, including pension providers, investment services companies and company pension funds. Tina also advises on the establishment of and investment in private equity structures, and she has extensive experience in advising Danish as well as international institutional investors on investment in private equity structures and alternative investment in Denmark and internationally. Tina also renders advice on the planning and execution of business transfers, sales and acquisition processes, reorganisations, mergers and company law in general.
