Thomas Gjol-Tronning is highly specialised in the area of acquisition and sale of enterprises, venture and private equity investments, capital structures and joint ventures. He is also an expert in company law, advising on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, investment and ownership structures, capital structures (equity capital markets), corporate governance, private placement and general as well as expert issues in relation to company law. In addition, Thomas leads our FDI team (investment screening / foreign direct investments) and is therefore highly specialised in this area. Finally, Thomas is responsible for our BB Impact programme. The combination of law, an interest in the client's commercial situation, negotiation and strategic contract drafting is why Thomas finds his specialist area of M&A, venture and company law particularly interesting, and it is also why he has been with Bech-Bruun for more than 25 years.
