Søren Kamp Nørbæk Bio

Søren Kamp Nørbæk holds an LLM degree from Aarhus University and has received further training at Cambridge Judge Business School, The Wharton School and INSEAD Business School. He renders advice to Danish as well as international clients such as private equity funds, family offices, industrial enterprises and owner managers on M&A and company law. Søren has a commercial approach to his legal work, and his advice is valued by clients for covering not only legal aspects and for also simplifying complicated matters. For a number of years, Søren has also been a lecturer in finance law at Aarhus BSS.
