Ole Norgaard is a recognised and much sought-after lawyer with extensive experience of all legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Ole has been involved in a number of transactions for both industrial buyers and sellers and private equity funds, including cross-border transactions. His expertise extends, among other things, to advice relating to the planning of transaction processes, due diligence investigations and drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements. Due to his in-depth knowledge of German legal matters and the German language, Ole also assists clients in numerous transactions relating to Germany and other German-speaking countries. In addition, Ole advises Danish and non-Danish investors on investments in and sale of high-growth innovative businesses. He works closely together with the client and thereby ensures that the legal solutions support the client’s objectives. As an adviser, Ole is performance-oriented, flexible and easily accessible, and he never compromises on the quality of his work. Ole also has considerable teaching experience from the University of Copenhagen and the Copenhagen Business School.
