Niels Kornerup has advised on M&A and company law most of his career. He advises Danish and foreign clients, including listed companies, on the acquisition and sale of businesses. He renders advice on the establishment of suitable company and transaction structures. He assists several foreign clients with their Danish subsidiaries and affairs. Niels’ expertise also includes the preparation and holding of general meetings and board meetings, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and special company structures as well as commercial foundations. Niels holds board positions in various Danish companies. He has significant lecturing experience and has the right of audience before the Danish High Court.
