Morten Krogsgaard specialises in international finance and has more than 20 years’ experience in finance law issues, including acquisition financing, syndicated loan agreements, mezzanine financing, guarantee and security provision, bond issues, derivatives and structured products. Morten advises Danish and international enterprises on the lender side as well as large Danish and international enterprises and private equity funds on the borrower side and he has represented Danish and international lenders or borrowers numerous times in high-profile transactions. As an advisor, Morten is highly committed and aware of the client’s needs and is capable of putting abstract concepts into practice. Morten’s past experience from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority gives him an advantage when advising on regulatory issues for financial enterprises and their products. Furthermore, Morten teaches in Bech-Bruun Academy.
