Morten Bruun-Larsen specialises particularly in mergers and acquisitions and over the past years he has provided legal assistance to several large Danish and non-Danish enterprises in connection with M&A transactions. Morten advises on all aspects of the transaction process, including the selection of transaction model, planning and optimisation of sales processes, investment and ownership structures, M&A insurance solutions, legal due diligence investigations and on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. Morten also advises Danish and non-Danish clients on the setting up of enterprises, company law issues, shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts. Morten is also an experienced lecturer, having taught property law as well as contract and tort law at the School of Law, Aarhus University.
