Emil Steenberg advises on securities law matters and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, private placements, rights issues, public takeovers, etc. Emil also has extensive experience with M&A and advises on all aspects of the M&A process, including as part of structured transaction processes, PE-driven transactions and public M&A. Additionally, Emil is one of Denmark’s leading advisers in respect of the preparation and execution of general meetings of listed as well as private companies. Emil’s advice also includes, i.a., corporate governance matters, group structuring and equity-based incentive schemes.
