Christian Eichen Bio

Christian Eichen is specialised in the areas of M&A, venture capital and capital markets. Christian has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and has assisted several large Danish and foreign companies and private equity funds in all aspects of M&A transactions over the past years. Christian also advises on general corporate and commercial law matters. For several years, Christian has also taught the subject of Company Law and capital market as an external lecturer at University of Copenhagen.
