Andreas Nielsen Bio

Andreas Nielsen specialises particularly in mergers and acquisitions and over the past years he has provided legal assistance to several large Danish and non-Danish enterprises and private equity funds in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller side. Andreas also advises on capital markets issues and general corporate matters, including shareholder structures and governance matters.
