Anders Hagstrom specialises in M&A, focusing on business transfers and investments. Anders is among his generation’s most experienced M&A lawyers and has advised clients on several transactions across sectors with particular focus on PE and venture/growth investments in technology and life sciences. Anders also works with general corporate law matters, group structuring, ownership structures, general meetings, corporate governance and Management Incentive Programmes (MIPs) and other equity-based incentive schemes. In 2019, Anders was named one of the 100 most promising Danish business talents by national newspaper Berlingske Business.
