Evan St. John is a shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman focusing his practice on corporate and business law to include corporate formation and governance, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and non-litigation employment law matters. His client base encompasses government contractors, small and midsized professional service businesses, and tech startups. Evan also has unique experience of helping Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, women-owned, and minority-owned entities with M&A transactions. Prior to joining BKK, Evan was a senior corporate attorney at a firm in McLean, Virginia.
