Vladimir Dasic heads BDK’s M&A practice. He has advised on the most prominent regional M&A deals in a variety of industries over the last 20 years. Vladimir regularly represents private equity clients, multinational companies and private clients in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, minority and majority JV investments, carve-outs and divestitures. Vladimir is ranked by Legal 500 within the Hall of Fame category for Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice areas in Serbia. Chambers and Partners and IFLR1000 also rank Vladimir for Corporate Commercial and Financial and Corporate practices, respectively. Vladimir also heads SEE Legal M&A Group and is an active member of the International Bar Association in M&A and Startups.
