Pierre-Philippe Tache leads and negotiates M&A commercial transactions. He is a pragmatic, ambitious, and creative lawyer who has developed a keen business sense. His business acumen enables him to provide effective advice on complex issues to clients in wide-ranging industries, including the healthcare sector and highly innovative growth companies. As a lawyer recognized for his communications skills, he provides companies with the support they need for continued growth. His active listening skills, writing skills, leadership abilities, and extensive experience allow him to help clients understanding issues more clearly and comprehensively and to call on the right specialists at the right time. After having launched his career with a firm specializing in tax law and having earned a master’s degree in intellectual property in France, Pierre-Philippe joined the team at BCF in 2005. He has been a member of the BCF executive committee since 2023.
