Jean-Sebastien Beaulieu is a partner within our Commercial Litigation Group in our Montréal office. As a commercial litigator, he mainly acts in real estate and construction law matters. Jean-Sébastien assists our clients in public tendering processes, construction deficiency and defect claims, professional liability, penalties for delays and additional costs matters. He is closely involved in every aspect of the preparation of litigation files. Jean-Sébastien has developed strong skills as a trial lawyer and regularly appears before the courts on behalf of our clients. Moreover, the experience he has gained in overseeing different stages of a file enables him to offer efficient and creative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
