Rebecca Mills is a senior associate working in the corporate team and based in the Manchester office. Rebecca has been working in corporate law since she qualified in 2006 and has always found the work to be challenging and enjoyable, with no two transactions ever being the same. Rebecca specialises in all types of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and mergers, joint ventures, corporate finance and company reorganisations. She works with businesses involved in a number of sectors with a particular focus on acting for entrepreneurs and small to medium sized owner managed businesses. Rebecca especially enjoys working with her clients to find practical, commercial solutions to their problems.
