Paul Stedman heads up the highly regarded Employment Team and was previously named in the Legal 500 as one of the leading employment lawyers in the North West specialising in acting for employment agencies and related businesses. Whilst still advising on a variety of employment matters ( including employee share options and benefits) he has over the past years focused on working closely with his clients on dealing with commercial issues and advising on and drafting a variety of legal contracts including distribution ,supply, manufacturing and commercial agency agreements, terms and conditions , IP Licenses and other bespoke commercial contracts for a variety of different business sectors. Paul has an ability to work collaboratively with his clients so that any commercial matter can be addressed in a manner which provides the client with a cost effective and workable solution.
