Tania Lehmann has over 22 years of experience in the market, and her work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC), structuring transactions and foreign investments in Brazil, corporate reorganizations, corporate contracts, due diligence, participation in committees. Has extensive experience in serving foreign clients with investments, operations or interests in Brazil. She works in the Corporate practice since 1999. Before joining BVA, she worked as a senior lawyer at the prestigious Martins, Halembeck, Pereira Neto, Gurevich e Schoueri Advogados law firm and became a partner at Fernandes Figueiredo Françoso Petros (FF Advogados), being responsible for the Contracts, Corporate Governance and Corporate Governance. Its operation will be carried out in large-scale M&A transactions, audit processes and report review, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of corporate documents for the acquisition of companies, mostly corporations (S/As).
