Michael Barnea the firm’s Managing Partner and head of its corporate practice. Micky is recognized as one of Israel’s leading corporate and securities lawyers, and is ranked as a top-tier lawyer in M&A by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and Who’s Who. Micky’s diverse practice encompasses 30 years’ experience in corporate, securities, technology and cross-border matters and he is highly-regarded for combining exceptional legal knowledge with deep industry knowledge. He plays a lead role acting for some of Israel’s largest public and private companies, as well as for prominent international corporations, on their most significant transactions. In the past few years, Micky has led a number of significant merger and acquisition deals in the Israeli market. This includes representing Migdal Group in its various investments, Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation in its various investments in Israeli startup companies, and Danel Group in its acquisitions and investment transactions. Micky also leads the firm’s lateral recruiting efforts and growth strategy.
