Gust Pullman Bio

Gust Pullman serves as Barclay Damon’s International Practice Area co-chair and co-team leader of its Canada-US Cross-Border Team, handling numerous Canadian inbound cross-border transactions and working with Canadian companies expanding into the United States and Europe. He regularly represents publicly traded and privately held clients in corporate transactions throughout the United States, Europe, and East Asia, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for companies involved in the design and manufacture of medical products, transactional media, sensors, cranes and hoists, seismic dampers, and other goods.
