Gerry Stack is general counsel for Barclay Damon and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, with significant responsibility for the firm’s administration. His legal practice focuses on a range of corporate and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, structuring like-kind exchanges, and drafting complex joint ventures. Gerry also has a significant tax-controversy practice on the federal and state levels. He also assists clients with estate and succession planning. Gerry’s clients include large real estate developers with multi-state real estate holdings, energy companies, large family-owned businesses, individuals in need of sophisticated estate planning, and not-for-profit entities.
