Patricia Ferrari Sabino is a partner in the Corporate practice area. She represents both sellers and buyers in national and international M&A transactions and joint ventures. She acts for national and multinational companies doing business in a wide variety of sectors, such as marine logistics, financial services, the health industry, and events. Patrícia advises clients on complex business contracts, notably in the area of maritime logistics and offshore support, such as vessel construction contracts, charter agreements, EPC, JOA, JV, financing with funds from the merchant marine fund, services rendering, acquisition of relevant equipment and port operation.
