Adriana Dib Fuzinato Bio

Adriana Dib Fuzinato is one of BMA’s Corporate and M&A partners, with extensive experience in due diligence projects. Adriana worked with a large law firm for seven years, focusing on Corporate and M&A matters, and for eight years as in-house counsel to one of Brazil’s largest private financial institutions, focusing on Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, and Real Estate. With the management skills and experience she acquired earlier in her career, Adriana joined BMA as coordinator of due diligence projects, assisting national and international clients throughout the due diligence process and coordinating the teams and tasks involved. She has coordinated due diligence projects involving companies from various sectors of the economy, such as finance, pharmaceuticals, education, health, food, agribusiness, oil and gas, energy, telecommunications, and IT.
