Rodrigo De Teive e Argollo Mariani is a partner in BMA's Corporate and M&A and Oil & Gas practice areas. His practice focuses on corporate restructurings and M&A transactions, including hostile takeovers and cross-border deals, particularly in the oil & gas, oilfield services and biofuels, telecom, BPO, pharmaceuticals and real estate development sectors. He also advises clients in negotiating and drafting contracts in matters such as joint ventures, consortiums and service agreements, and prepares corporate documentation such as articles of incorporation and bylaws.
