He has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, regulated sectors, private equity, real estate and general corporate matters. He represents public and private companies, private equity firms and hedge funds, as well as investment banks and financing sources in a variety of Brazilian and international transactions. He also developed a solid practice in structuring succession planning.
