Helio Alvarez Sales Da Cunha one of BMA’s Corporate and M&A partners, with notable experience in mergers and acquistions in various economic sectors. Hélio has extensive experience in mergers and acquistions and corporate reorganizations in a variety of sectors, such as healthcare, electronic payments and payment service providers, financial institutions, fintechs, technology, services, and corporate real estate ventures. He also has experience in complex corporate disputes, private equity investment, matters involving data collection and processing and borrower credit profiles, and distressed asset transactions. Hélio worked as a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York from 2008 to 2009. During that time, he was admitted to New York State Bar (February 2009), and he remains a member of the Bar to date.
